Alloy 28 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum and copper. It has excellent resistance to both reducing and oxidizing acids, to stress-corrosion cracking, and to localise attack such as pitting and crevice corrosion. The alloy are especially resistant to sulphuric and phosphoric acid. Used for chemical processing, pollution control equipment, oil and gas well piping, nuclear fuel reprocessing, acid production and pickling equipment.

Zhangjiagang Guangda Special Material Co.,Ltd was established in 2003, is one of the forging manufacturer for research and development, production, sales, service as one of the comprehensive company. We located in Jiangsu Province besides Shanghai. We provide different forgings of shaft ,gear blank , ring rolling, rough machining, heat treatment and finish machining. Our annual production capacity is 500,000 tons for various of free-die forgings, ring rollings .
Guangda special alloy material products include high temperature alloy, corrosion resistant alloy, ultra-high strength steel, etc. High temperature alloy is mainly based on iron, nickel, cobalt, can be above 600℃ high temperature and a certain stress under the action of long-term work of metal materials, with excellent high temperature strength, good oxidation resistance, thermal corrosion resistance, fatigue and fracture toughness properties. Special alloy products have excellent high temperature tensile strength, good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance.
The products are mainly used in aerospace, Marine petrochemical, nuclear power, petrochemical, aerospace, semiconductor chip equipment pipe valve.
Guangda has professional and completed line for the special smelting line and could provide different kinds of high temperature alloy, corrosion resistant alloy, ultra-high strength steel, etc.
